Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide at least 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a cancellation fee.
In the event of a no-call, no-show, the full appointment fee will be charged, and future booking privileges may be revoked.
If you are running late, please communicate with us as soon as possible. Clients who are 15 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show.
